Implementing successful change and transformation naturally requires a high degree of coaching and guidance to senior leaders; people who already have demanding business as usual roles who are then asked to drive strategic change. Holly is a ILM level 7 (Masters) Qualified Executive Coach and works with clients on a one to basis to help them their achieve their goals. The coaching philosophy is based on the client being resourceful, and through astute observations and questioning techniques Holly helps her clients to reflect on their performance, motivations, challenges, fears and success to achieve both business and personal results. She is credible and experienced at coaching Executive and C Suite talent who commission, Lead and Sponsor change, in addition to those managing teams impacted by change.
As an experienced transformation director, Holly can also offer mentoring services to guide and build confidence and capability in those Sponsoring or delivering change.

Working in a consultancy capacity as Transformation Director, Holly's expertise was sought to mobilise the programme and design the roadmap to merger of two prestigious London Higher Education Institutions. The merger will see the new University being one of the largest institutions in London.
Holly was responsible for evolving and mobilising the programme from business case stage into an appropriately structured and governed transformation programme which involved TUPE of staff into the new institution, legal and governance considerations and significant organisational design.
This role required significant stakeholder management in a tenuous and culturally sensitive time, Holly worked closely with the Councils and senior leadership of both institutions, established the Programme Management Office function which included management of a team from one of the Big Five consultancy firms.

Holly was engaged as Change Lead on a large transformation programme of a prestigious listed building in London which was to house up to 600 stakeholders across multiple working environments. The new space required significant shifts in ways of working for most staff, and wasn't perceived as popular across all stakeholder groups. Holly designed and delivered the change management approach which included significant stakeholder engagement in the design of the new spaces, and convened leadership and change advocate groups to build consensus and understanding around the changes. Holly ensured that the users of the new spaces were at the heart of the change management approach as she believes that a change is only as successful as those impacted perceive it to be!

Holly was engaged on an organisation-wide change programme which was ambitious in scope as it sought to update it member offer, it's IT capability and fully renovate and refurbish its listed office building across a two year programme of transformation. As Change Lead, Holly worked alongside Organisational Development colleagues to understand the current maturity of the organisation against where it needed to be at the end of the programme, and created a learning pathway which targeted all staff to close the gap. As an experienced facilitator, Holly delivered most of the training on the pathway and created the change management toolkit for senior leaders and managers to enable them to successfully lead and support their teams through the change.
All participants reported receiving value from the learning pathway, and felt more confident and resilient around the changes impacting all areas of their working life.
