About Holly

Holly has designed, lead and implemented large scale change and transformation programmes for the last 12 years. Consequently she has a deep understanding of the strategic and operational challenges faced by organisations, and an in depth knowledge of the skills required to leverage and deliver complex change.

Professionally qualified across all change and transformation subject areas, Holly works as a business consultant, executive coach and trainer to partner with organisations to help them to understand their change and transformation challenges and goals, and to develop effective solutions to help them achieve their strategic objectives.

Holly’s approach

Holly quickly builds rapport and impactful relationships with her clients as she understands that people are at the heart of successful organisational change. Acting as a trusted partner, Holly ascertains the organisation's readiness and capacity for change, its strategy, leadership structures, org design and culture to work with you to build effective change plans and solutions to achieve desired strategic objectives.
Enabling knowledge transfer with her clients is a key component of Holly's approach in order for organisations to be empowered to be active participants on their change journey. Businesses often require new or different skills and understanding to deliver change and transformation and to have agency and to drive their own agenda, rather than it being 'done to them' by externals. Holly ensures her clients have a deep understanding about the 'why and how' of the solutions she designs, and takes rigorous steps to ensure the organisation is both equipped and able to make the required changes.
Holly recognises that change requires a high degree of being 'hands on', and that it does not happen by itself. She will not design you a complex solution and then leave you to interpret and implement it alone. Holly's unique background of both strategic and operational delivery means that you will have a trusted partner to work alongside you to achieve your business objectives, smooth bumps in the road, and adjust the roadmap to still reach your destination.
